Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Criterion websites, training services, learner records, verification features, and organization tools.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access credentials. Organization users may only access information and tools authorized for their assigned role.

Training and records

Criterion may maintain enrollment, completion, certificate, training-hour, and professional-record information associated with a learner's Criterion ID. Course completion requirements, approval information, and training hours are governed by the applicable course configuration and any relevant regulatory requirements.

Organization services

Organizations may purchase course seats, assign training, monitor organization-linked progress, and retain organization-scoped records. Access to Net 15 or Net 30 invoice terms is subject to Criterion approval and may be suspended when an account is past due, exceeds an approved credit limit, or is otherwise placed on hold.

Payments and refunds

Card payments and invoices may be processed through Stripe. Purchase, refund, cancellation, and credit decisions are subject to the terms shown at checkout, applicable contract terms, and Criterion policies in effect at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse Criterion systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, falsify training records, or use verification features to misrepresent a person's credentials or completion history.
